The project is a system for a Centre for Open and Distance Learning unit of Uva Wellassa University of Sri Lanka. This project explores an online web based information management system which can get information, course applications, upload and download details, login to the system, access the system. It is help to both students and staff for reduce the operational costs and it is offering to them a fast process. On the other hand, it is also mean to make potential online system at their comfort which basically means the CODL as they sit in front of the computer or mobile, it keep an efficiency. The system is meant to take advantage of the rising accessibility of internet among the local and increased computer knowledge among the people.
